Warranty Coverage:
Precision Poling Systems warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or alteration of the product. It also does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. Any modifications made to the product will void this warranty.

Warranty Claim:
‍If you discover a defect in your product, you must notify Precision Poling Systems within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at sales@precisionpolingsystems.com. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any supporting documentation or photos.

Resolution:
Upon receiving your warranty claim, Precision Poling Systems will determine if the defect is covered under this warranty. If so, we will either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. The repaired or replacement product will be shipped to you at no cost. If the product is no longer available, we will provide you with a product of equal or greater value. If the defect is not covered under this warranty, we will provide you with an estimate of the repair cost.

Limitations of Liability:
Precision Poling Systems' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the product or any other incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
