PPS Return Policy

Return policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.

To start a return, or for inquiries regarding returns, you can contact us at sales@precisionpolingsystems.comIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, stickers, or Made-To-Order products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
